Super Foods Chocolate Milk

Chocolate milk just got a whole lot better for you! We all love it, but its so bad for us. Well not anymore. You can start drinking chocolate milk again and feel good about it. Your kids are going to want some too. You’ll be begging your kids to drink all their chocolate milk.

This following recipe does not give exact amounts. I did this on purpose. I want you to tailor it to your liking. There is no hard rule when it comes to making this. Just make it how you like it. It can be made thin like milk or thicker like a shake. Also depending on how much you want to make you may want to add more or less of the ingredients. If you have any left over chocolate milk it makes great frozen popsicles too.

Super Foods Chocolate Milk

  • Banana

  • Fresh baby spinach

  • Fresh or frozen blueberries

  • Almond or peanut butter

  • Coconut butter

  • Hemp hearts

  • Chia seeds

  • Dates

  • Milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or cows milk)

  • Cinnamon powder

  • Turmeric powder

  • Collegen powder

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Cocoa or cacao powder

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy!
